Defendant Juan L. Heriot appeals from his conviction and sentence for trafficking in crack cocaine. Defendant contends that he is entitled to a new trial for two reasons: first, the government failed to disclose critical impeachment information about the latter's primary witness until after trial; second, the district court mishandled the jury's questions about its inability to reach a unanimous verdict on all counts...
