Dr. Robert Simonson, Dr. Joan Wilkin, and Nurse Donald Lehman appeal the trial court's order denying their motions to dismiss for the plaintiffs' failure to file an adequate expert report. Nurse Lehman filed a separate brief from Doctors Simonson and Wilkin.
