Plaintiff-employee Gary Ross appeals from the trial court's order dismissing his third amended complaint pursuant to sections 2-615(a) and 2-619(a)(9) of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (735 ILCS 5/2-615(a), 2-619(a)(9) (West 2002)). Plaintiff argues that defendant-employer, May Company, d/b/a Marshall Field's and Company, breached his employment con tract when it wrongfully terminated him
