¶ 1. James M. Cochran, a/k/a James Monroe Cochran, Sr., was indicted for Count I — rape, Count II — possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and Count III — failure to register as a sex offender. Cochran pled guilty to incest in Count I and to possession of a firearm by a felon in Count II.
