John Edward Burrell (John) died on 24 July 2005 in Durham. His death certificate states that he was married to Hazelene Williams Burrell (Hazelene) at the time of his death. Hazelene arranged for a burial at the Sandhills Vet Cemetery in Spring Lake. She contracted with Wiseman Mortuary, Inc.
