Appellant James Kevin Yost was convicted of the murder of his twelve-year-old stepdaughter. On appeal, he contends that the jury improperly considered the testimony of his common-law wife, Bridget Farmer, who pleaded guilty to the offense of injury to a child. Appellant argues that his wife is an accomplice, that her testimony is uncorroborated, and that the evidence would have been legally insufficient to support his conviction...
