The state appeals an order of dismissal under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4) of the charge of felony driving while license revoked as a habitual offender in violation of section 322.34(5), Florida Statutes. The charge arose when appellee, Antonio Manchado, was stopped by law enforcement for operating a gas powered mini motorcycle with no license tag.
