Appellant, Kenneth Wayne Simpson, appeals from his felony conviction for aggravated assault. After finding appellant guilty, as charged, the jury found the two enhancement allegations to be true and assessed his punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Corrections for 35 years.
