BayRock Mortgage Corporation ("BayRock") filed a complaint against Chicago Title Insurance Company ("Chicago Title") under OCGA § 33-4-6(a), alleging a bad faith refusal to pay a claim made by BayRock under a title insurance policy issued by Chicago Title.
