J. Damon Pradt (Pradt) appeals from an order denying his amended Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.1 Because Pradt fled the state and absconded from his probation for nearly three months, we apply the escape rule and dismiss his appeal.
