GROSS, J.

In this case, we find no due process violations in the trial court's failure (1) to make a specific, on-the-record finding as to the voluntariness of the defendant's statement and (2) to conduct a voluntariness hearing outside the presence of the jury. Under the facts of this case, we also hold that no due process violation occurred when the trial judge scheduled jury selection on 24-hours notice, four days before a Monday trial date that had been set six...
