Before the Court are the Motions of Fairfield Group Health Care Centers Limited Partnership ("Fairfield"), Abraham Soya ("Soya"), Julius Berger ("Berger"), and Jack Friedler ("Friedler") (collectively the "Defendants") for dismissal of the complaint filed against them by the trustee.-For the reasons stated below, the Court will grant the Motions in part.
