OPINION

PELANDER, Chief Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, petitioner Rachel Marie Vallejo was convicted of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument, a barbell. The trial court sentenced her to a mitigated, five-year prison term. After counsel filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967); State v. Leon, 104 Ariz. 297
