BYE, Circuit Judge.

Guillermo C. Gonzalez was convicted of escape under 18 U.S.C. § 751 twenty years after he walked away from a prison camp in Duluth, Minnesota, and fled to the Dominican Republic. On appeal, Gonzalez challenges the district court's1 refusal to submit three proposed instructions to the jury regarding the application of the statute of limitations under 18 U.S.C. § 3282. We affirm.
