¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals the trial court's order dismissing all charges against defendant Chamar Withrow following the failure of the Commonwealth to disclose the identity of the confidential informant who corroborated police testimony that implicated Withrow in the sale of cocaine.
