Appellant, the Texas Department of Public Safety ("DPS" or "the Department"), appeals the El Paso County Court at Law's reversal of the suspension of the commercial driver's license of Appellee Julie Pierce. Because the Administrative Law Judge's denial of Pierce's fourth request for a continuance did not warrant reversal, we will reverse the County Court at Law's judgment and render judgment reinstating the administrative...
