Jerome Maher ("Maher") and his wife, Mary, own shares in a cooperative apartment as tenants by the entirety. A judgment was entered against Maher individually, and Cadle Company ("Cadle") as owner of the judgment filed suit to collect on that judgment. Cadle filed a motion for turnover of Maher's stock in the cooperative. The district court granted Cadle's motion, and Maher filed a motion for reconsideration which the district court granted...
