Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

Who started the pushing that morning at Paris High School was disputed. All agreed that S.C. and Cleda Brownfield were at cross purposes before normal school hours began. S.C., then a fourteen-year-old high school freshman, wanted into the school building.
