The defendant, Sonny Fortes, appeals to this Court from a judgment of conviction after a jury found him guilty of two counts of first-degree sexual assault, in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-37-2, and of one count of burglary, in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-8-1.
