Donald J. Cousino and other members of his family (the Cousinos) appeal the trial court's grant of summary disposition to defendants Frenchtown Township, Monroe County, and city of Monroe on the Cousinos' claims that defendants inversely condemned their property and that their actions amount to a regulatory taking. We affirm.
