JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellant, Ovide Duncantell, appeals his conviction for the misdemeanor offense of interference with the duties of a public servant. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 38.15(a)(1) (Vernon 2003). We affirm.
