Riverwatch Condominium Owners Association (Association) appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) denying the Association's motion for reconsideration of the trial court's order of October 12, 2006 granting the summary judgment motion of Restoration Development Corporation (Restoration), and affirming Restoration's title to a disputed two-acre parcel of property.
