Robert Wilson sued The Home Depot USA, Inc., for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The trial court dismissed Wilson's complaint with prejudice based upon Wilson's alleged failure to comply with a court order. On appeal, Wilson challenges this ruling.
