Kevin W. Bastian appeals the district court's denial of his suppression motion which led to his convictions for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges against Bastian arise from an incident in the early morning hours of September 2, 2003. Dallas Wedel, who was house-sitting for the owners of a ranch in Butler County, called the sheriff's department to report an unknown man who had parked a pickup truck...
