¶ 1 Billie J. Croyle and Bonnie Croyle (the Croyles) appeal from the judgment entered on June 2, 2006, after the trial court denied the Croyles' post-trial motion for a new trial. This case arises out of a collision between Billie J. Croyle's (Croyle) motorcycle and Ray F. Smith's (Smith) tractor trailer.
