The mother of A.C., K.C., and H.G. executed surrenders of her parental rights to all three children. Thereafter, in orders filed April 18, 2005, and April 20, 2005, the juvenile court returned custody of the children to their respective fathers. The mother filed an extraordinary motion for new trial seeking to set aside those orders because she claimed that the return of custody was done without notice to her and in violation of her due process rights...
