Biyare Henderson was convicted of two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and sentenced to 20 years on each count, plus the five-year firearm-sentencing enhancement on each count. The court ordered each five-year term to be served consecutively with each 20-year sentence, for a total of 25 years per count at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
