Thomas Elwell appeals his conviction for attempted lewd and lascivious molestation. We affirm his conviction but write to address Elwell's argument that the trial court made insufficient factual findings in ruling that child-hearsay testimony was admissible. Because Elwell failed to make a contemporaneous objection, we conclude that this issue is unpreserved.
