¶ 1 The Plantiffs/Appellees, Paul Robert and Yolanda Robert, trustees of the Samani Trust dated March 31, 1997 ("lienholders"), purchased two Arizona real property tax liens. The lienholders subsequently sued the owner of record, Phyllis V.
