FRANK, Judge.

James Gregory Logan, appellant, appeals the judgment of the trial court revoking his previously suspended sentence after finding that he violated the terms and conditions of his probation. He contends that the trial court erred: 1) in finding that the officer who made the warrantless entry into appellant's rooming house had not acted in bad faith; and 2) in revoking appellant's suspended sentence on grounds other than those stated in the probation violation...
