The Defendant, Lloyd Fuslier,1 was previously before this court appealing two of his three misdemeanor convictions and his felony conviction of first degree vehicular negligent injuring. This court, finding that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the two misdemeanor convictions, affirmed those convictions and sentences.
