Appellant appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment for respondent-employer. Appellant argues that the district court erred in (a) granting summary judgment on his whistleblower claim; (b) holding that it lacked jurisdiction over his common-law tort claims; and (c) requiring appellant to return documents based on attorney-client privilege.
