Carl Register appeals an order of the Superior Court of Meriwether County dismissing as untimely his appeal to this court from a judgment in his action against Raymond Elliott, individually and d/b/a Elliott Construction. Register argues that the superior court should have exercised its discretion by finding the appeal timely.
