Angel Pacheco-Diaz ("Pacheco") was convicted of one count of reentering the United States after previously having been deported, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b)(2). In calculating Pacheco's sentence, the district court applied an eight-level enhancement because he had a prior conviction for an aggravated felony.
