OPINION

McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff Dee Henshaw1 appeals the trial court's grant of Defendants Jack2 and Bonnie King's motion for directed verdict and the trial court's denial of Henshaw's motion brought under rule 60(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. We affirm.
