OPINION

MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which KELLER, P.J., and PRICE, KEASLER, HERVEY, HOLCOMB, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

The issue in this case is whether an appellant may raise the issue of improper admonishments regarding a plea of guilty without having made an objection or raising the issue at trial. Appellant was charged by indictment with three counts of sexual assault and one count of injury to a child.
