¶ 1 Appellants, George and Caroline Bourne, appeal from the order that denied their petition to open and/or strike the judgment of non pros which had been entered against them. Specifically, Appellants argue that the trial court erred in its application of Pa.R.C.P. 1042.3, regarding the calculation of time within which a certificate of merit must be filed in a professional liability action.
