Defendant Fleetwood Homes of North Carolina manufactured and delivered a defective mobile home to plaintiffs Ray Walker and Betty Staten. We affirm the Court of Appeals determination that Staten had standing to bring an unfair and deceptive trade practices claim under N.C.G.S. § 75-1.1 (2005). However, we modify the Court of Appeals opinion to hold that while defendant's violations of a licensure regulation may constitute violations of N.C.G...
