Mistakenly believing Ronnie Davis to be a man called Ratike, defendant and another man, Craig Alexander, fired numerous rounds from a 9mm handgun and a .32 caliber handgun at Davis as he stood outside a Vinny Mart in the City of Binghamton, Broome County.
