Appellant, Jeremy Wayne Baldwin, was charged by indictment with possession of cocaine. The indictment also contained two enhancement paragraphs. Prior to trial, appellant filed a motion to suppress which, after a hearing, was denied by the trial court. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, appellant then entered a plea of guilty to the offense of possession and a plea of true to the enhancement allegations. In...
