Appellant, LaShannon Demarr Lee, appeals from a conviction for the murder of Lakendrick Alexander. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19.02 (Vernon 2003). Appellant pleaded not guilty to the jury. The jury found appellant guilty and, in the punishment phase of trial, sentenced him to 13 years in prison, after finding by a preponderance of the evidence that appellant acted under the immediate influence of sudden passion arising...
