This appeal is from a judgment that grants an inmate's petition for a writ of habeas corpus and orders that good time that the inmate lost as a sanction for violating a prison disciplinary rule be reinstated. The judgment also orders the commissioner of corrections to create an administrative procedure for restoring good time lost as a result of a disciplinary violation.
