This case is before us on appeal from a judgment of the trial court which dismissed, with prejudice, plaintiffs' claims for declaratory judgment and monetary relief against the Estate of C.T. Carden and Edna Mae Carden. In the suit, plaintiffs sought a judicial declaration that Carden was liable for well costs incurred prior to the release of mineral leases affecting plaintiffs' land and for the amount of well costs paid by plaintiffs out of unit production...
