Plaintiffs Deborah L. Thibeault and Thomas T. Thibeault Sr. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Thibeaults) filed a fire loss claim under a homeowner's policy issued by defendant Travelers Insurance Company (hereinafter defendant).
