This case involves an appeal from an order of the circuit court denying a motion made by appellant James Aikens and his attorney for the refund of $3.00 paid to the bailiff of that court for potential juror questionnaires. We reverse the order of the circuit court denying the refund.

On April 19, 2006, James Aikens was tried and acquitted of second-degree sexual assault in Pulaski County...
