APPA Technology Corporation, a Taiwanese company that manufactures electronic test and measurement instruments, appeals the trial judge's order denying its special appearance. In a single issue, APPA claims the trial judge erred because Texas courts do not have personal jurisdiction over the foreign company. For the reasons that follow, we agree.
