¶ 1. Odell Prince pled guilty to sale of cocaine and was sentenced to twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections by the Kemper County Circuit Court. Thereafter, Prince filed a motion for post-conviction relief, alleging that his guilty plea was involuntary and that his attorney misled him.
