Russell Hawthorne pled guilty to a burglary indictment charging that, on March 3, 2006, he and co-defendants Alice Armour and Cory Brooks unlawfully entered a lumber mill known as Forsyth Hardwoods (the "Sawmill") with intent to commit a theft.
