¶ 1. On February 10, 2005, a jury in the Forrest County Circuit Court found Jerry Lavon Rayborn guilty of burglary of a dwelling. Rayborn was sentenced as a habitual offender to serve twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections without the possibility of parole.
