Patricia S. Miller appeals from a summary judgment of the Pulaski Circuit Court dismissing her personal injury claim against her landlord, Clinton K. Cundiff and Cundiff Square Town Center, Ltd. ("Cundiff). Miller argues that she may properly bring a claim for personal injuries arising from Cundiff's failure to repair a loose carpet in her apartment. We agree with the trial court, however, that a landlord is ordinarily not liable...
